Overview
The ENKAY Group of companies is a privately held but professionally run Group. Originally formed by the group founder Late Narinder Singh Ji Kohli, it was later expanded rapidly by the second and third generations who now manage the working of the group.
ENKAY group of companies which is based in the NCR, is a name to reckon with, both in social and business circles. With over 6 decades of existence ENKAY Group has diversified interests in the fields of Construction (Residential, Commercial, IT projects) Serviced Apartments, Boutique Guest Houses & Fast Food Restaurants.
Construction
Having started its construction activities by taking up government contracts, today ENKAY is deeply involved in the development of commercial/IT/Hotel/Residential projects. It has completed landmark projects such as ENKAY Tower / ENKAY Centre on the main NH8, Gurgaon. The group is responsible for getting the first ever MNC – Coca Cola, into Gurgaon in the year 1999.
This was followed by the tremendous impetus of corporates into Gurgaon. In the hospitality sector, it has built a 4 star category Hotel in the Leisure Valley, Sector 29, which is being operated by The Lemon Tree Hotels and another four star category hotel in Alwar.
Apart from other projects, the group is involved in making a 320 room Luxury Hotel along with Serviced Apartments, on the Main Sohna Road.
Serviced Apartments & Boutique Guest Houses
Seeing the present trend of requirement for self-contained flats, the group has phased into the business of providing service apartments. These apartments are ideal for families, tourists, businessmen and corporate employees. Operating by the name of ‘ENKAY Residency’ the group is running 2 boutique guest houses in Gurgaon comparable to four star category hotels. The Serviced Apartments and Guest Houses are situated in Gurgaon, the hub of business activities.

Enkay Travels
The Travel Agency was started in 1985, is an IATA approved company involved in International and Domestic Ticketing. The travel agency is connected to Amadeus. Enkay Travels is one of the limited travel houses in Delhi with a direct linkage to the Indian Airlines and has permission to issue tickets within its premises. It has ticket stock of various major airlines (international and domestic) and maintains accounts of various prestigious corporates, embassies, government offices, etc. Additional facilities provided by the travel house include tours, car rental, cruises, conventions, etc.
