Enkay Condominiums, as a concept of Corporate Housing was developed as an amalgamation of our experience in Hospitality and Real Estate/ Property development. The company started its operation in 2002 and was the first company to start a chain of Service Apartments in India. These condominiums are beautifully furnished apartments to meet the corporate demand for accommodation needs. These apartments are equipped, fitted and maintained to suit the lifestyles of long-term expatriate businessmen and women, young couples with families relocating to India or people on short projects. Their needs and demands are catered with sensitivity and thoughtfulness. Thus our attitude of personalized and professional service standards has helped us developing a brand among our esteem customers. Currently Enkay Condominiums is running Corporate apartments in Delhi, Gurgaon, Neemrana, Pune and other cities in India, through its associates.
Property Description

We have fully furnished two/three bedroom apartments. Each apartment has a living room (Fully furnished with seating for five people and a dining table for four/ six). The living room is Air-conditioned. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have attached bathrooms.

The kitchen has necessary amenities such as Fridge, microwave, stove, toaster, water purifier, sandwich maker, Kettle for tea or coffee. All crockery, cutlery, glassware (water, beer and wine glasses), cooking/serving utensils and cookware are provided. On request Asian Kitchen Package (includes teapot, teacups, large soup/noodle bowls, small soup bowls, rice bowls, 4 pairs of chopsticks, and rice cooker) or Indian Kitchen Package (rice cooker, Indian cooking utensils/spoons, pressure cooker, cooking equipments to make roti’s or chappati’s).

Complete bedding with a bedspread, duvets, upgraded sheets, pillows, towels (both bathing and hand towels). Washing Machine and Iron/Iron Board are present in the apartment. Living Rooms have a coloured T.V. with 24 hours cable connection and DVD Player.

The inventory for the apartments is chosen keeping in mind the requirements of a long stay guest and the functionality of the items.

Facilities & Services

Enkay combines the comfort of a private apartment with services designed to make the customers transition to a new city and surrounding smooth and hassle free. Its specialized sales and customer care teams have the expertise and experience in corporate housing solutions. It prides in its highly professional and personalized services standards thus giving each guest a feeling of being at home rather than a hotel. Following facilities and services are common all the residences:

  • Daily housekeeping service from Mondays to Friday (except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). This includes cleaning of floors and making of beds, cleaning of kitchen equipments, dishes, etc. Our Housekeeping team visits the apartment/s once a day and does the cleaning.
  • Biweekly change of bathroom towels & floor mats.
  • Changing of bed linen once a week.
  • Personal Laundry Service (at additional cost).
  • An Account manager is assigned for each apartment. She/he is contactable 24 hrs. This is the customers’ one point of contact to manage all aspects of, every requirement, related to temporary stay such as placement, service delivery, move in/move out paperwork, and vacancy notices.
  • The guests are provided with an array of menu’s to order from, thus giving them an option of ordering food which suits their individual palate.
  • We have a full professional and experienced maintenance team of electricians, plumbers, carpenters etc.
